The Aristotelian mean is a way of evaluating certain character traits, values, virtues and behaviors that allows us to be wise in our implementation of them. Bravery is one of these virtues. Too brave and you will die at the front of the battle line having taken down very few enemies. Not brave enough and you will die in obscurity, unknown and unloved
