#184 “Eye Spy” by WUi

The pit stank. It smelled kind of like a big city alley. You know that breath-taking smell when you round the corner and the waft of dumpsters and piss drizzles over your body, causing a involuntary dry heave? That’s what it smelled like. But they kept watching as I danced. There was no way to know what I was going to do next because history was going to remember me, no matter how much propaganda of helplessness was shoved down my fucking throat. Even if it remembered me by the very surveillance cameras installed to make me feel fucking small.
